Is my 3-year-old too young for online lessons?
Not at all. Our lessons are only 25 minutes and change activity every few minutes — songs, movement, puppets and hands-on play. For 3-year-olds we recommend a parent sits nearby for the first few lessons.
How does the free trial lesson work?
Create a free account, add your child, choose a tutor and pick a time. The 20-minute trial is completely free and you don't need to enter any payment details. Each child can have one free trial.
Can I choose a female tutor or a tutor who speaks Arabic?
Yes. Use the filters on the tutors page to show only female tutors, Arabic-speaking tutors, or both. Arabic-speaking tutors are great for children who are just starting English.
How do payments work?
Plans are billed every 4 weeks in your local currency. You can pay with mada, KNET, Benefit, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your plans page.
What if we need to cancel or move a lesson?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson and the credit goes straight back to your plan, so you can book another time. Later cancellations use the lesson credit.
What is Montessori at Home?
A trained tutor guides your child through real Montessori activities — pouring, sorting, counting, letter tracing — using simple things from your kitchen and toy box. Your child learns by doing, not by watching a screen.
Can I switch tutors?
Of course. If your child doesn't click with a tutor, contact us and we'll move your remaining lessons to a new tutor at no cost.
What do we need for a lesson?
A laptop or tablet with a camera, a stable internet connection and a quiet corner. Before each lesson you'll see the few household items the tutor will use (like a cup, some toys or crayons).
How do I know my child is improving?
After every lesson the tutor writes a short report with the skills practised, the stars earned and a fun activity to do at home. Your dashboard shows progress through each level of the curriculum.
Do you offer group classes?
We start with 1-to-1 lessons because they work best for this age. Small group classes (max 4 children) are coming soon — join the Founding Families list to hear first.
